What Vaidyah collects on this website and inside the product, why, and how you get it back.
The contact form asks for your name, role, hospital, city, mobile number, email and a message. We use them only to reply to you. They are stored in our system in Mumbai and emailed to the founder. No newsletters, no lists sold or shared.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
A hospital using Vaidyah is the data fiduciary for its patients under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; Vaidyah is its data processor. Patient data is held in the hospital's own private account, hosted in AWS Mumbai, and used only to run the hospital's OPD: registration, the queue, the consultation, the prescription, the bill and the claim.
The AI scribe processes the consultation recording to draft a note. Recordings are deleted after the note is signed and its retention period passes. The draft is marked as such until the doctor checks and signs it.
Patients can ask their hospital for a copy of their record or its deletion; Vaidyah provides the hospital the tools to do both. Every view and change of a record is logged.
